The inaugural post! Welcome to my new blog. Or journal, as I prefer to call it. It's been a long time coming - I've been mentally working on this for years and have only recently started the physical work.
After several years of brainstorming, testing, discovering my aesthetic, working that aesthetic, scrapping dozens of ideas, etc, etc...it's really finally here.
And what better way to break it in than with a beauty post featuring one of my besties and my favorite makeup color scheme: Neutrals.
Neutrals are great because of their versatility; a gentle wash of Soft Brown by MAC can easily transition into a sultry, smokey, evening look. Deepen it with darker browns and top it with a touch of a bronze metallic shadow to complete this mesmerizing look.
